Here are our regular policies regarding shipping. If your country is not listed in the list of countries that we ship to, please get in touch and we will try to accommodate your order.

  • Since most of our glassware will be engraved after the purchase, we will ship within 14 days of receiving the purchase order. You will be notified via email that we have received your purchase order and another email to notify you of the shipping along with tracking details. 
  • Delivery and packaging (D&P) for Internet order processing, packaging, transport and handling is included in the purchase price.
  • Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift packaging and monogramming/engraving. Orders with personalized messages containing inappropriate or offensive language may be cancelled.
  • Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays, not including holidays.
  • Signature is required for delivery.
  • D&P policy is subject to change and will be determined at time of order.
